PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We advise you to properly seal your order in the original box. The delivery person will add the delivery note for the exchange or return, so you don't have to worry about a thing!
If it is an exchange, the delivery person will deliver the new package with the requested size on the same day and will take the old one.
COLLECTION COST
The cost of returning the garment will be €4.99 in mainland Spain and Portugal. This amount will be deducted from the refund you receive.
In the Balearic and Canary Islands, the return collection fee will be €12.99. This amount will be deducted from the refund you receive.
International pickups, except for Portugal, will cost €18.99. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
